Girsh Alarm provides custom-designed, customer-oriented security solutions for clients located through-out the Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. We install burglar alarms, fire alarms, closed circuit TV / video surveillance systems, and access control. We also provide consulting services

Service Technician

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Determine the cause(s) of all service issues.

  • Work with client

  • Complete the Security Audit form for each client

  • Work well with customers, other trades, team members, and management

  • Assist in scheduling and in determining the most efficient travel route and use it.

  • Keep clients’ properties, self, and our property clean, neat, and in the case of our property, fully stocked

  • Complete all paperwork – both electronic and actual – thoroughly and in a timely manner

  • Report on calls and outcome

  • Assist in the documentation of all processes

  • Assist in the ordering, stocking, and organization of stock in the vehicle you use as well as in the company stockroom

  • Assist in the scheduling of routine and emergency service for the company vehicle you drive

  • Update client call lists, lists for texting, and other notifications

  • Install property locator signs and stickers for clients.

  • Be available for “on call” duties on a rotating basis

  • Be available for mentoring others and being mentored

  • Look for opportunities to learn, especially education that will benefit you in your roles in the company
